  • Pittor Ka Saag:  

Diamonds of gram flour cooked in yogurt and onion contains vegetables that are not green. The most traditional Rajasthani dish is made with besan and flavored with curd.

  • Gatte Ki Sabji:

The curry is made from gram flour or besan gatte, which is served along with spicy yogurt and the Gatte - soft, juicy, spicy, and delicious. This dish is mostly eaten along with rice or Rajasthani loaves of bread.

  • Makhania Lassi:   

Thick yogurt lassi is full of dry fruits including raisins, cashew nuts, dry cherries, and almonds - Simply heaven. You can even customize it with butter and ice cream.

  • Daal Baati Churma:

Thick hot wheat balls are served along with thick spicy mushroom cuisine – making it a wholesome Rajasthani dish. In summers, cool spicy buttermilk & mango slices can make your daal baati churma a perfect meal.

  • Ker Sagri:

Ker and Sagri are those rare beans & vegetables that cannot be found other than desert areas - consumed with bajra or wheat roti.

  • Laal Maans:

Most preferable non-vegetarian platter of the crowd - Laal Maans, quite popular for its color and hot chilies. Maans is cooked in a hot flavoury gravy of tomatoes, chilies, and flaming spices. Served with Bajra Rotis, this dish is unavoidable.

  • White Mutton(Safed Maans):

One of the sigil dishes of Rajasthan is cooked in a white-based creamy-textured gravy that contains yogurt, khoya, milk along the goodness of dry fruits and cream. It tastes best with kulcha, tandoori naan, jeera rice, and pulav. 

  • PanchKutta(Dry):

A mixture of desert beans - Kair, Saangri, Dried mangoes, and Whole red chilies. Perfect Rajasthani main course which won’t disappoint you for sure!
