Terms & Conditions

1. Outside Colors are not allowed in this Event. Skin friendly colors will be provided within the venue.
2. Tickets once booked cannot be refunded. No exchange or refund of tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under event cancellation or postponement.
3. Outside food and Liquor are not allowed
4. All guests are requested to behave in an appropriate manner as any kind of indecency and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. In case of failing to do so, hotel management has the right to make the guests leave the premises immediately without a refund. Legal actions can also be taken against such Guests.
5. Stag Entries are not allowed. Entries restricted to couples and families only.
6. A limited number of Indian made Liquor Brands will be available for unlimited consumption during the event till 4 pm.
7. Hotel Management will not be responsible for any personal belongings and physical damages
8. It is advised to participate in the Life-size games keeping in mind your health condition. We will take necessary actions if things go wrong but it is better to not participate if you think it will harm you in any manner.
9. Food Menu will be decided by Hotel Staff.
10. Basic First-Aid will be provided inside the venue.
11. Doctor on call Facility available
12. All the participants must carry their valid Photo ID.
13. Consumption and sale of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
14. All disputes are subject to jodhpur jurisdiction.
15. The event will be under CCTV surveillance.
16. Kids below 5 yrs. will be given free access to the event and must be accompanied by their parents.
